Focus On The Markets

First question we ask before starting any project: how will it make crypto markets better? With better, we mean better price discovery, more liquidity and fewer transaction costs. In doing so, we act as an invisible force that brings sanity to the markets. Our goal is to make crypto markets a better place for everyone and, in return, the markets naturally reward us.

Owner Mentality

We have included "team" in our company name for a fundamental reason. We see Gravity Team as a tight squad of extremely talented, gifted people. In algorithmic trading, one does not need many people to achieve the end goal. Quality is by far outcompeting quantity. The ultimate state is “owner” mentality - the ability to take absolute responsibility for one's actions and decisions are key to achieving outcomes beyond the ordinary. We reward such mindset appropriately - after probation, everyone in Gravity Team receives a profit share and, subsequently, stock options.

Transparency

We value meaningful, transparent and clear relationships with our stakeholders, be it exchanges, partners, token-projects or our colleagues. We prefer speaking our minds instead of staying silent. This also means that we discuss our successes and failures with everyone within the company and are open about the performance agreements with colleagues. By being completely honest and transparent, we hope to see the same from others in our pursuit to create better markets.

In the financial industry, the know-how is not shared much across enterprises. Therefore, to succeed, one has to re-invent. At Gravity Team, discovery is at the core of our DNA. We apply the scientific method to test our hypotheses rigorously. We encourage curiosity within and beyond the workplace.
