
Personal Assistant to CEO

About this position
We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Personal Assistant to Gravity Team’s Co-owner & CEO Mārtiņš Beņķītis to provide support in personal & business affairs, including scheduling, travel arrangements, bookings, etc. This role requires strong time management, research, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting on personal affairs ~ 60%, work affairs ~ 40%
- Buy gifts
- Book restaurants
- Organize transportation for guests, etc.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Reminding of important tasks and deadlines
- Manage calendars
- Answer to simplest emails
- Pay the bills
- Ad-hoc tasks, both assigned and proactively identified as a way to organize and support the CEO’s personal & professional life
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
- Ability to adjust to time zone when CEO is traveling or going for longer stay abroad (working day when CEO is in Thailand starts at 6/7 AM EET, when in Latvia – 10/11 AM EET)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Persistence and ability to adapt fast
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Positive can-do attitude
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Very good Latvian and English language knowledge written and spoken
CONDITIONS
- Remote work
- A-class office at Zunda-Towers in Riga if you want to work from the office
- Flexible working hours
- Salary up to 2500 EUR gross depending on experience
- Free parking, snacks, beverages if working from the office
