Personal Assistant to CEO

About this position

We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Personal Assistant to Gravity Team’s Co-owner & CEO Mārtiņš Beņķītis to provide support in personal & business affairs, including scheduling, travel arrangements, bookings, etc. This role requires strong time management, research, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.


Assisting on personal affairs ~ 60%, work affairs ~ 40%

  • Buy gifts
  • Book restaurants
  • Organize transportation for guests, etc.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Reminding of important tasks and deadlines
  • Manage calendars
  • Answer to simplest emails
  • Pay the bills
  • Ad-hoc tasks, both assigned and proactively identified as a way to organize and support the CEO’s personal & professional life


  • Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
  • Ability to adjust to time zone when CEO is traveling or going for longer stay abroad (working day when CEO is in Thailand starts at 6/7 AM EET, when in Latvia – 10/11 AM EET)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Persistence and ability to adapt fast
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Very good Latvian and English language knowledge written and spoken


  • Remote work
  • A-class office at Zunda-Towers in Riga if you want to work from the office
  • Flexible working hours
  • Salary up to 2500 EUR gross depending on experience
